Upgrade to Primo DVD 2.1.008 or greater. 

You must reboot after upgrading. 

This will upgrade your burn engine (px engine) to version 3.06.36.500.  A burn engine upgrade is necessary to fix this error.  Check your burn engine version by double clicking the pxhelper on the status bar of PrimoDVD.  Look for the version number following the Px.dll file on the window that appears.
