Type of job incompatible with type of disc error.

There are two possible reasons for this error:

  1. You are attempting to burn DVD material onto CD media. Make sure you have DVD media in the supply bin of your duplicator.
  2. Test only or Test and Record features do not function correctly with DVD+R Media. DVD+R Media does not allow testing. This is a limitation of DVD+R media not Primo DVD. Choose Record only or Record and Verify to successfully record your DVD+R or switch to DVD-R media.
