How do I change my password?

Answer

For Landlord

 

Passwords can be changed in your Account settings. First click the white “Account Settings” link at the top right of the page. Next, click edit in the top right section where it says Control Panel Login information. For security reasons you must enter in your old password first. When you are done, click update password to save your changes.

For Tenants

Passwords can be changed in the Account Information and Settings. You will find this in the top left section of the screen.  First click the orange "edit" link. Next click "edit" next to password. Enter your current password on the top line and the new password on the following two lines. Your password must be between 6-12 characters and the only special characters you are allowed to use are $ . ! % ^ *.  Click "Save Changes" and you are done.
