How do I turn off pop-up blocker?

Answer

If you are experiencing difficulties with Colleague or other sites not opening pages, you probably have your pop-up blocker turned on. To turn this off please follow the instructions below.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Navigate the to Tools  icon in the upper right hand corner of the browser.
  2. Scroll down to Internet Options.
  3. Go to the Privacy tab and make sure the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker box is unchecked.

 

Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three dots  on the right hand side of the browser, this will open the browser settings.
  2. Scroll down and click on
  3. Under the Privacy Header, click on Content Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Pop up section and select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups"
