Question
How do I obtain a Northwood transcript?

Answer

How do I obtain a Northwood transcript?

A transcript is a comprehensive record of your academic progress, including transfer courses, credit earned by exam, and earned degrees.  Students with financial holds are unable to request transcripts.

  1. Visit the National Student Clearinghouse to request a copy

Electronic transcripts ordered through the NSC are usually delivered to the recipient within an hour. However, if your academic record requires manual processing—such as for students who attended Northwood before 1988—delivery may take up to 48 hours. Students with financial holds are unable to request transcripts.

If you have questions about transcripts or need help with your request, contact the Registrar’s Office at [email protected] or call 989.837.4215.

Alumni and former students do not have online access to view academic records such as grades, transcripts, or course history. To obtain this information, you’ll need to request an unofficial transcript by paying a small fee and following the steps outlined below.

  1. Visit the National Student Clearinghouse
  2. To request an unofficial transcript, enter your own email address in the recipient field. The transcript will be sent directly to you and can be used for unofficial purposes
