Question

No, the SSN is a mandatory field. Do not add just X's as the application will not be able to send to carrier.If they try to enter a dummy SSN they will receive a duplicate error, and to fix this contact EasyAppsOnline's Support @ 1.888.563.4474, we can override the system to allow a dummy SSN# such as all zeros ie: 000-00-0000.

The following are fields that can be updated:

Date fields (with the exception of the Emergency Room Visit Date)
Prescriptions 
Diagnosis/treatment
Current status 

Therefore if the system is not accepting the change, then delete the condition and re-add it to correct the issue.
