Question
How do I find out whether the applications have been sent to the carrier?

Answer

  • Under the client's Choose an Action Menu, locate the option Submission Code History
  • It will provide you with all the submission codes for the carriers and when the applications were picked up.
  • or
  • Under the client's Choose an Action Menu, locate Application Managent.
  • Click on the link at the top of the page to reveiw.
  • It will provide you with all the submission codes for the carriers, when the applications were picked.
  • Scroll over the submission code as it will provide the list of employees applications being review.
