Answer

Article # 207963 - The Bravo's robotic arm places a disc into the printer tray, retracts the tray, but immediately ejects the tray without printing. The left (cartridge) light starts flashing.

To fix this issue, Run the Calibrate Last Disc (PC) or Calibrate One Disc Offset (MAC) utility.

For Windows, run the exe after you have downloaded it.  It will prompt you to place one and only one disc in each bin.  After you click OK it will touch each disc to check for proper measurement.  The calibration will then be complete.

For Mac, follow the instructions for installation and then find the Calibrate Last Disc (Calibrate One Disc Offset) section and follow the instructions above.
