When I connect my Bravo II, Bravo Pro, Bravo XR my PC will no longer boot up.

Enter your system BIOS and Enable Legacy USB Support.  For information on how to get into your specific BIOS, check the website of the motherboard manufacturer or PC manufacturer.  Typically, to enter the BIOS you can press F1, F2 or delete during the bootup process before Windows starts to load.
