PrimoDVD Error - "No external drives found" but the drives do appear in My Computer (BravoPro, II, XR - PC Only).


Reinstall the latest version of Primo. Use the following procedure to remove and reinstall Primo DVD.

a. Go to Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. Find Primo DVD 2.0 or 2.1 and click Remove.
b. Now delete the "Primo DVD" folder from C:\Program Files
c. Also delete the "PrimoDVD" folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files
d. Browse to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and delete the following 4 files from the System 32 folder:

Px.dll
PxMas.dll
PxSub.dll
PxWave.dll

and

Pxhelp20.sys from the following location C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS

f. Reinstall the latest software from the installation disc or from the files downloaded from our download site (see link below).
e. Reboot the PC. (Do NOT reboot until you have reinstalled PrimoDVD)
