PAYMENTS REJECTED: Any payments made for a course and not paid by the bank, including insufficient funds, stop-payments, claims to credit card companies, chargebacks, etc. will incur a returned payment service fee of $25.00. If the account goes unpaid for more than 10 days, it will be turned over to legal authorities and the Court will be notified that the certificate was received fraudulently and has been revoked. It will also be turned over for collection and you will then be charged an additional $50.00 collection fee in addition to the original charge and the $25.00 service fee.
