When I press the ink cartridge button to load cartridges the printer tray ejects. How do I change cartridges? (ADL-MAX)
When the ADL-MAX is connected, a disable lid sensor command is sent to the Disc Publisher. This causes the buttons to function as if the lid were closed even if it is open. For this reason you will need to change the cartridges using the PrimoDVD, RoboPrint, or Printer Driver software. If the cartridge becomes empty during a job you will be prompted to change the cartridges. If you would like to change the cartridges manually, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the Robotics Menu - Choose Options.
2. Click Change Cartridge. The cartridge will move into change position. Follow the prompts to complete the cartridge change.
