Drive Error -22 Building the Global Image of the Source Disc. -or- Runtime Error 70 permission denied. (PrimoDVD)
PrimoDVD is having trouble deleting the temp folder necessary for this job. This error may appear in the error log of PrimoDVD. It occurs in the following cases:
1. During a Stream job of DVD over 2GB in size on PrimoDVD 2.1.004 only.
2. During a DVD Copy job of over 2 GB in size on PrimoDVD 2.1.004 only.
3. During the building of a Global Image of any disc.
Resolution:
Upgrade to PrimoDVD 2.1.007 or greater. Contact tech support for a username and password to download the latest version of PrimoDVD from our software upgrade page.
