The IRS may have sent less than expected. If that is the case the IRS will notify you at the address listed by mail on the return as to why the refund was reduced. As the IRS does not tell us due to privacy laws, OLT and TPG cannot give you details on why the IRS did not send the full refund. You can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.
If you have received a refund amount of more or less than you expected and you used a bank product (RT), log on to the TPG Client Information Support Center (CISC) at https://cisc.sbbtral.com/index.asp. Your refund details are listed within your account.
