Payment Amount
Enter the amount of your payment, including any penalty and interest. You can pay online at hitax.hawaii.gov or by check or money order payable to “Hawaii State Tax Collector.” Write your social security number, daytime phone number, and “20XX Form N-11” on your check or money order, and attach it to the front of Form N-11.
Note: Form N-200V is no longer required when making a payment with your return.
