Answer

You can replace the photo by going to the EMPLOYEE CONTROL CENTER, make sure that the first photo loaded has been saved, otherwise the system will not allow you to re-load another one - just select DONE CROPPING to save it.  select DETAILS to the right of the applicants name and follow the prompts.
