Question
Why Am I Getting an “Invalid Password” Message When Updating My Password?

Answer

If you're seeing an "Invalid Password" message when trying to update your password, it usually means your new password doesn't meet one or more of our security requirements.

We require password updates every 90 days to help protect your sensitive information and keep your account secure.

Before trying again, please make sure your new password follows all of the guidelines below:

✅ Password Requirements:

  • Must be different from your previous passwords
  • Must include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • Must include at least one letter and one number
  • Must be 8 to 20 characters long
  • Must include at least one special character from this list: $ . ! % ^ * @

Once you’ve created a password that meets all of these rules, you should be able to update it successfully.
