The Delaware Division of Revenue refunds are subject to interception for the purpose of collecting outstanding liabilities for the Division of Revenue as well as collection of outstanding liabilities for the following agencies.

  • Justice of the Peace Courts (three counties)
  • Court of Common Pleas
  • Audit Recover Management Group (Welfare Fraud)
  • Department of Labor - Unemployment Insurance
  • Department of Labor - Employers Contributions
  • Delaware Higher Education Commission
  • Delaware State University
  • Delaware Technical and Community Colleges
  • Delaware Lottery
  • DEDA
  • Department of Education
  • Probation and Parole
  • State Court Collections Enforcement
  • State of Maryland
  • State of New York
  • Internal Revenue Service
  • University of Delaware
