The Taxpayer Advocate Service assists taxpayers who have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve concerns with the Tax Commission. This service helps resolve problems when normal departmental processes break down, identifies why the problem occurred and suggests remedies to stop the problem from reoccurring.
