Adding a SureThing print file to a job using PrimoDVD causes the program to crash -or- PTPublisher crashes as soon as the Bravo is about to print the label on the disc.

Explanation:

SureThing 5.0 Deluxe was updated to version 5.0.588 or higher causing a conflict.  (This does not affect SureThing 5.0 Primera edition users)

Solution:

1. Uninstall SureThing version 5.0.588

2. Delete folder - C:\Program Files\Common Files\SureThing Shared
-----Specifically the stshellex.dll in the Shell extension folder should be deleted.

3. Reboot the computer.

4. Reinstall the previous version of SureThing Deluxe or the Primera version of SureThing 5.0. If the program still crashes, check the version of the stshellex.dll file (step 2). It should be less than 5.0.588.
