Discribe 6.x.x burns a disc but does not print. After the burned disc is placed in the printer tray a Print Preview window opens with the options Cancel or Print. 

 

Solution: Quit Discribe and start it again or Reboot the Mac and start Discribe.

 

Explanation: After you add a print file if you click on the Print Settings button to change quality or other settings do not click on the Preview button within this window. If you do so it will cause this error until you quit Discribe or reboot the Mac. 

If you need to preview the label click the mini preview icon within the main screen of Discribe (to the left of Choose Label).

No Response. Make sure the Disc Publisher is powered on and the USB cable is connected.
There are no devices compatible with this template. Do you want to print on plain paper? Error appears when printing a SureThing file.
