What is your refund policy?

Answer

Any request for course refund must be received 1) within ten (10) days of the course purchase and 2) before accessing the course. Your request must be in writing, and may be sent by submitting a ticket through our support desk. If a refund is determined to be appropriate, the course fee will be refunded in full, minus a $15 processing fee per course. Refunds are not available if a request is made later than ten (10) days from purchase or once a participant has accessed the course material.
