Why did PayPal reject my credit card/debit card?

Answer

I'm sorry, but we have no control whatsoever over cards that are declined, and because of your privacy, PayPal will not provide us with any information. You will need to contact your card issuer or PayPal directly to find out why your card was declined.

If you are unsuccessful in getting PP to accept your card, we can send you an invoice through Google Checkout and you can try to make your payment that way. You will need to send us a ticket and request that we email you the invoice.

As a last resort, if neither PayPal nor Google Checkout work for you, we can make arrangements for you to mail in your payment and do a manual enrollment for you. Just let us know if you elect that option and we will provide instructions.
