If I use 18 credits for the FY Year but don’t reach the TA/NCPACE dollar limit cap of $4500, may I request additional TA funding until I have used the entire $4500?

No. TA/NCPACE funding is still subject to the credit limit caps set forth in ALNAV 004/21.  In conjunction with the dollar limit caps of $250/SH, $166.67/QH and $16.67/CH you would be  be eligible for a maximum of $4500 in TA/NCPACE funding per Fiscal Year subject to funding availability.
