If you have completed all hours in all skill areas, you may forward your semi-annual report to the USMAP office prior to the next scheduled report date. Log out, and log back in to update your records. Then, print and sign your final report, obtain the required command signature and submit to our office. Once reviewed and processed, (zero hours remaining and instruction complete) you will receive your Department of Labor completion certificate. Please ensure the address on file is correct.
