Bank enrollment and options are available once your software has been purchased. Some banks allow you to enroll directly with them for approval while other banks require your enrollment directly through your software. Even if you have enrolled directly with the bank, you must also enroll through the software.
To enroll through our WEB Software, use the following steps:
- Select the BANK Tab > Bank Enrollment for 2012 Tax Year
- To the right of your EFIN, select to Enroll with Bank
- Choose the bank you would like to enroll with and continue.
- Follow the page prompts requesting information for enrollment.
- Once your data has been filled out, we will bring you to a bank product summary page, choose to Transmit Enrollment once all data has been verified. This is also where you would edit your enrollment details.
You can check on your bank enrollment status at anytime by going back to the BANK Tab > Bank Enrollment for 2012TY and choose to View Bank Status.
To enroll with our Desktop Software, use the following steps:
- Select the BANK Tab > Bank Enrollment for 2012 Tax Year
- To the right of your EFIN, select to Enroll with Bank
- Choose the bank you would like to enroll with and continue.
- Follow the page prompts requesting information for enrollment.
- Once your data has been filled out, we will bring you to a bank product summary page, choose to Transmit Enrollment once all data has been verified. This is also where you would edit your enrollment details.
You can check on your bank enrollment status at anytime by going back to the BANK Tab > Bank Enrollment for 2012TY and choose to View Bank Status.
