To create additional preparer login access (multiple users) within OLTPRO WEB Software
- Go to the Setup Tab and select Preparer Info
- On the bottom right of the screen, choose Create New Preparer
- Create login information for the preparer and set their privelages
- Then, select to Add new preparer on the bottom right and input their preparer data. Save and Continue when done.
- Follow the same steps to add an additional preparer
Note: To add additional preparers, you must be logged in as the Admin Preparer on the account.
To create additional preparer login access (multiple users) within OLTPRO Desktop Software
- From the Setup Tab, select the Preparer sub-tab
- By default, the screen will be blank allowing you to input information for the new preparer including setting up their privelages and login information.
- Once you have input their information, choose Add Preparer on the bottom right.
- This preparer is accessable for editing/viewing at anytime by double clicking on their name from the list on the right side of the screen.
- To add another preparer, follow these steps again.
Note: You must be logged in as the Admin Preparer in order to add preparers to the account.
