To change passwords within OLTPRO WEB Software
- From the Setup Tab choose Preparer Info.
- All preparers setup will be listed, to the right of the preparer name, select Edit Privelages
- To the right of the already assigned password, choose Change Password and change accordingly.
To change Admin Account Password within WEB Software:
- From the Setup Tab, select Account Info.
- Select the link to Change Password and change the password accordingly
Note: You must be logged in as the Admin Preparer in order to have the option to change passwords.
To change passwords for OLTPRO Desktop Software
- From the Setup Tab, select Preparer Info
- On the right side of the screen, choose the preparer (including admin) you would like to change the password for.
- The top right of the screen provides a link to change the login password. Change accordingly
Note: You must be logged in as the Admin preparer in order to have the option to change passwords.
