Who Should File Form M1X?
This form should be filed by individuals to correct—or amend—an original 2014 Minnesota individual income tax return. You may not change your filing status from married filing jointly to married filing separately after the original due date of the return has passed, which is April 15, 2015, for most individuals.
Do not file an amended return only to change your banking information.
