Credit for Investment in a Clean-Burning Motor Vehicle Fuel Property or Investment in Qualified Electric Motor Vehicle Property:

A credit is allowed for the conversion of a motor vehicle to a qualified clean-burning motor fuel.
The purchase of a motor vehicle which was originally equipped to be propelled by either clean-burning fuel, electricity, or for the cost of property directly related to the delivery of a qualified clean-burning fuel into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle.
For purposes of this credit a clean-burning motor fuel means methanol, M-85, compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas or a combination of at least 50% natural gas. The unused credit may be carried over for a period not to exceed 3 years. Enclose Form 567A or 567B. Title 68 O.S. Section 2357.22 and Rule 710:50-15-81.
