Within Desktop Software, follow these steps to download your e-file acknowledgements:
- Go to your E-file Tab > Get E-file Status
- To download individually, double click the client's name.
- To download in batches, Select All and use the button Get Current Status of the Return.
- The Current status screen will display, you can select the client to view the status, or Close and the downloaded status information will update on your E-File status page.
You can also download a specific status list.
- From the E-file Tab > Get E-file Status
- On the left are specific status choices, select the status choice
- To download individually, double click the client's name.
- To download in batches, Select All and use the button Get Current Status of the Return.
- The current status screen will display, Close and the downloaded status information will update on your E-File status page.
(No need to download acknowledgements for WEB Software)
