The OLTPRO Document Manager is integrated within our OLTPRO Desktop Software
Minimize your paper trail by utilizing our Document Manager. You will find the Document Manager under the <Tools> Tab or directly from your Client Manger. Upload scanned documents from your computer and store them in a client's file. The documents must be scanned and saved to your computer in order to upload to our Document Manager. Choose the document type as tax related or non tax related. When you search for a client's uploaded documents, it will specify what type of document was uploaded. A delete option is available to remove unnecessary user documents.
Note: The Document Manager is not used to scan and fill in items within the tax return. Further, these documents will not be electronically filed. The Document Manager is a way to reduce your paper files within the office.
