K.S.A. 79-32,200 created an income tax credit for any individual, corporation, partnership, trust, estate and other legal entity who enters into an agreement with the Secretary of Social and Rehabilitation Services to provide financial support to a person who receives Temporary Assistance for Families (TAF).
