Business Card Templates do not appear as available Templates in SureThing 5.x.
This can occur if the templates are corrupted or if SureThing is installed from an install disc other than the disc for the Disc Publisher II or Pro. Follow these steps to fix it.
1. Uninstall SureThing via Add / Remove Programs in Control Panel.
2. When the uninstaller prompts you to remove users templates - click Yes.
3. Reboot the PC.
4. Reinstall SureThing using the latest download version located here http://www.primera.com/software_upgrade.html
Contact Tech Support for a username and password to download the latest version of SureThing.
