I receive the error message "Can't find script engine VBScript" or "error code 2738" when installing PTPublisher.
This error occurs when the Microsoft .NET framework does not install properly. To fix this, please follow the instructions below.
Click Start - Run. Type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" into the prompt and click OK.
