When printing only on a Mac the printed image has random black lines printed in white areas or dotted line artifacts around images or on the edges of the disc. (Macintosh Only - BravoPro, Bravo XRP, Bravo SE)

This article only applies to print only jobs on a Macintosh using Bravo Pro, Bravo XRP or Bravo SE.

A configuration setting needs to be adjusted in the driver. Use the following instructions:

1. Go to the Macintosh HD - Library - Printers - Primera - Disc PublisherPro/XRP/SE folder. (The folder name will be different depending on which product you own.  The example below is for a Disc Publisher XRP)

2.
Select the DiscPubXRPCfg, DiscPubProCfg or DiscPubSECfg file. (Do not confuse this file with the DiscPubXRPConfig utility.)

3.
Right Click or Control+left click on this file to display a menu. Choose Open With - Other from the menu.

4.
The applications folder will open. Scroll to the bottom of the list. Choose TextEdit. Click Open.

5. Add the following lines of text to this file after the <dict> entry. (Copy and paste the text below into this window.)

<key>ImageSharpening</key>
<integer>12</integer>

6. The properly entered settings should look like the image below.

7. Close the file and click Save when it prompts you to save it.

The images should now print normally.
