1. To fix this issue browse to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and delete the following 4 files from the System 32 folder:

Px.dll
PxMas.dll
PxSub.dll
PxWave.dll

2. Reinstall the PrimoDVD application.

3. Reboot the computer and launch the program.
