Printer is printing all black images - or - Printer is printing offset double or triple on black text or graphics. (Signature Z6 Only)
Your cartridge setting in the driver does not match the cartridges that are installed in the printer.
Make sure your cartridge setting is set correctly in the printer preferences.
- Check to see what cartridges you have in your Signature Z6.
- Go to Start - Control Panel - Printer and Faxes - Right Click on CD/DVD Printer 6 - Choose Printing Preferences.
- Set the cartridge setting to Color, Color + Black, Color + Photo or Monochrome Black to match what is installed in the printer.
