Annual Public Hearings
In accordance with the Indiana Taxpayer Bill of Rights, the Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) holds an annual public hearing in June of each year.
As required by Indiana law, the purpose of this annual public hearing is to provide customers an opportunity to suggest improvements to DOR policies, processes, and procedures to help DOR better administer tax laws.
The 2021 Annual Public Hearing was held on June 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Rooms 4 & 5 in Indianapolis and online via Microsoft Teams Live
