Media Site video not opening?
- Due to security updates, the Media Site video hyperlinks may need to include the “https” instead of just the “http” at the front of the URL.
- Copy and paste the video’s URL link into a new internet window/tab, then add the "s" as mentioned in step #1. If there is already an “s” skip to step #4.
- Refresh your browser window/tab to load the page (you made need to refresh more than once for the video to fully load).
- What browser are you using? If using Chrome, please try copying and pasting the link in IE.
