If you forgot your password, select the question mark (?) next to where you would normally input your password. A window will pop up, input the username for your account, chose between using your security question or sending a link to the email address linked to your account, and input the Captcha.
If you chose the email option: You will receive an email with a Security Code in RED (EX. Security Code: 11ukTvRQQV23) copy this code and click the link in the email. This will open a new page where you will be prompted to input the Username, Security Code, and a new password.
