In no way does CrimShield make any hiring decisions. We are asked to provide data that will assist the employer in reaching their own decision regarding employment. We have the right to refuse a Security Clearance Card but do not get involved in any employment decisions. If a company decides to only hire individuals that will qualify for our Security Clearance Card, the decision rests entirely with that company.
