All applicant's who complete the online application process will be given access to their credit and background reports by logging into their tenant portal at www.rentperfect.com. Applicant's must answer 4 identity authentication questions correctly to complete their credit order. Credit reports will be available for 30 days. The final background investigation report typically takes about 6 business hours to be completed from the time the application was completed.
Applicant's who did not complete an online application on the Rent Perfect website must send a written request for a copy of their final background to info@rentperfect.com. They should include their name, DOB, and the name of the property they applied with.
