RIP 900 Service Software Error - Offending Range Check Command. Error displayed on CX1200 control panel. (CX1200)
This indicates that the print resolution setting in the driver is set to something other than the defaults.
To change settings follow these instructions:
1. From PTPrint go to the file menu - choose Print.
2. Click the Setup button.
3. Choose the Print Quality tab.
4. Click the Text/Photo button at the top of the screen -or- click the Custom button and set the Resolution to 4800 CQ. (If ColorSaver was previously adjusted the Custom button may be depressed.)
