Question
How do I completely uninstall a print driver from my computer?

Answer

All remnants of the old driver should now be removed. Reboot the computer again and you're ready to install your new driver. To access all of Epilog's print drivers, visit the download page!

Go to Devices and Printers.
Right click on the driver you wish to remove and select Remove Device.
Make sure that was the only driver of its kind. If there is more than one, remove the others, too.
Reboot computer. This is an important step.

After you reboot, go to Devices and Printers
Single click to highlight any printer to bring up the menu bar.
Click on Print server properties.

Click on the Drivers tab.
Highlight the driver you want to remove.
Click on Change Settings

You’re now back to the Print Server Properties window.
Now Remove the highlighted driver.

Select Remove driver and driver package and then click OK.

Click Yes

Click on Delete

Make sure the text in this window says the driver and the .inf file were removed.
Click on OK.
