How do I attach carrier applications to my client?
1. Click Clients
2. Mouseover Expand
3. Mouseover Application Management
4. Click View/Add Carrier Apps
5. Click Add New Carrier Application
6. Choose the state by clicking it on the map
7. Choose the carrier in the first list box
8. Choose the carrier application in the second list box
9. Click Add selected application
