No, it is up to the Sailor on how to best use their 120 semester hours.  While TA/NCPACE funding is still restricted to one degree at each level, credits can be used across multiple degrees.  It is highly recommended to contact the NCVEC at 833-330-6622, select option 4, then option 1 to develop a long term educational plan to maximize your credits.
