Carrying Over Credits

Question

I have credits left for the current fiscal year. Can I use them for courses that start next fiscal year?

Answer

Remaining TA credit cannot be carried over to the next fiscal year. All course funding must occur in the active FY. If you have not used all of your credit cap, submit your WebTA application for the next fiscal year as early as possible. If current FY budget policy allows, the VEC will review your request to determine if it can be funded with current FY funds.
