Question
How do I update the firmware on a Linux computer or a Mac?

Answer

If you use an x86-based Linux machine, you may load the firmware ISO file onto a bootable USB/CD/DVD drive from a Windows-based computer. If your Mac supports booting from USB/CD/DVD, you might be able to upgrade your firmware this way as well. You can download the firmware ISO file from "Download - Tools & Software".
