Discounted renters insurance policies are offered through Norton Real Protect, Arthur J. Ghallagher and Co. First you must complete the online application process, which will automatically create a Rent Perfect account for you.
To purchase a discounted policy, lo gin to your tenant portal and click on the Renters Insurance shortcut on the home page. Next, click the link that says, "Click here to purchase Renters Insurance." You will be brought to a trusted Renter's Insurance partner website to purchase your policy. Tenant's can purchase a liability Renters Insurance Policy with monthly rates starting under $5 per month. There is also an option to purchase a Property Insurance policy as well for an additional cost.
